Who is Opal Lines?
I'm a New Jersey based illustrator who loves to draw all things fashionable and nostalgic. I got my start as a VFX artist who also toured conventions on the East Coast. I am a one woman show with occasional help from my partner so a lot of love is put into every product!
When will my order ship?
Processing times are between 3-8 days if in stock. If your item is preorder, please refer to the item's description for approximate timeline. Once items are shipped they are under the responsibility of the postal service. (Please keep in mind that most carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19)
My order never arrived/is lost! What do I do?
Unfortunately once I provide a tracking number and your order is put into the mail stream, it is no longer my responsibility but the postal services. Please contact the carrier or your local post office to locate your package. Please email me if this occurs. If your item does not arrive after several days I can refund you the price of your order (minus shipping) or arrange a reorder.
My item broke or is defective! Can I have a refund?
If your item is defective and has led it to break (i.e. glue coming off, rust, etc) please email me ASAP to replace your item. Descriptions are clear and I will not refund any items about things that have clearly stated in the disclaimers or descriptions of said item(s).
Do you accept returns?
Only for apparel. Item must be in new condition and never worn. I will provide you a label upon request.
When will my order arrive?
Item arrival times that are not handmade (i.e. stickers or charms) ship in 2-5 days while handmade items can take 2-3 weeks before shipment. Please check my twitter or instagram for updates or email me. I will gladly give you an update. Your patience is appreciated!
My item arrived damaged!
I take quality very seriously, and only want the best for mu customers! Items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped out to their new homes, but it is possible a damaged product could slip past me! Please email me, and you will receive a replacement.
I gave you the wrong address and the package is being returned!
For US orders, your item can be reshipped once it is returned to me as long as the shipping is paid for once more. If at this point you would like a refund of your order, you will be refunded the cost of the order, minus the shipping fee initially paid.
For Canadian or International orders, your item can only be returned to me if the customer pays a $5 dollar fee to get the package reshipped back into the United States. Another payment of the shipping fee to get the product back to you is then required, and we will ship your order back. Payment required by customs is the responsibility of the customer and will be up to the customer to be aware that this is a possibility when ordering internationally.
Please understand that I am not responsible for paying these fees, and they must be paid by the customer! Please take great care in both following your tracking, filling out your receiving information and keeping in touch with your postal service!
